ProcessPilots is an AI-powered workspace designed for business analysts. The Service provides tools for document generation, product knowledge access, task management, and project planning. Features include AI-generated documents such as business requirements documents, user stories, gap analyses, process flows, release notes, and meeting summaries.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate documents and responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated content. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) without independent verification from a qualified professional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROCESSPILOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 (whichever is greater).
